Hi there! 👋😄 I am Haoru Song (Chinese name: 宋昊儒). I’m currently a 3rd-year Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Chemistry, Fudan University, advised by Prof. Haojie Lu. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Nanjing University, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering in 2019, where I worked with Prof. Danke Xu. I previously worked on Chemical Proteomics and Bioinformatics analysis of quantitative proteome data, with a strong focus on increasing the deconvolution depth and improving the efficiency of data processing pipelines for Thermal Proteome Profiling (TPP).

- AI-assisted statistical analysis : LLM-enabled QC and quantitative analysis pipelines for quantitative proteomics data.
- Deep target deconvolution methods and multi-omics integration : Deep deconvolution of PPI/Protein-small molecule interaction networks in TPP with multi-omics validation.
- Metabolic Glycoengineering (MGE) : Help developing new MGE probe and new applications.
